We stand by our products. Therefore we guarantee a 30-day return policy. If there are any discrepancies that arise, whether it be a defective item or should we send you the wrong one, simply e-mail us with the problem in question, the order number, and pictures that shows the problem (if possible) to sales@ambitronic.com . We will then e-mail you back on directions to return and replace the item.

We can only replace the product in question but will NOT refund unless there are no suitable replacements

If the order in question is 30 days past the ship date, we will not replace the item.
