If there are any discrepancies that arise, whether it is a defective item or should we send you the wrong one, simply e-mail us with the problem in question, the order number, and the pictures showing the problem (if possible) to email@example.com. We will then e-mail you back with instructions to return and replace the item or refund you in full.
If the order in question is 30 days past the ship date, we will not replace or refund the item.
